  • ISO 45001 (where applicable).

Cosmetics

  • GMP ISO 22716 (decoration, handling of components in clean room, when applicable).

Regulatory compliance

  • REACH – Registration of chemical substances
  • RoHS – Restriction of hazardous substances
  • Updated declarations of conformity
  • Complete technical and safety data sheets

Traceability

  • Batches and records kept for at least 5 years.

Documentation to be provided upon registration

  • Valid certificates (PDF), technical datasheets, SDS, DoC
  • Quality/environmental policy, scope of certifications
  • Production capacity (UPH, cavities, OEE), standard and minimum lead time
  • Client/sector list (optional), NDA if applicable
